You will be joining a market leader in the plumbing/heating industry where quality products and top tier customer service is the key to success.

As branch/profit centre manager you will lead your team by example and have a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for

• Sales - Drive activity to produce profitable sales. Actively develop new business opportunities. Develop long term relationships with customers and suppliers. Maximise on new opportunities and keep up with "the competition". Nurture and develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Encourage new business and sales growth from trade customers, corporate buyers and DIY/self builders.

• Staffing - Support, mentor and encourage you team to maintain exceptional standards of customer service. Recruit, train and reward staff for their achievements. Manage team performance

• Management reporting - Understand and manage your own profit and loss sheet and sales performance data. Set and deliver new strategy for your business each year.

• Health & Safety - Take care of H & S in your business to keep your team safe and well and secure in their work environment

• Pushing new boundaries - You will be an entrepreneur who is not afraid to take calculated business risks and try new techniques or product ranges. You will not be afraid of hard work - you will reap what you sow - you will be rewarded for all your efforts with annual profit share for both you and your team.
