PERMANENT JOB: Childrens Residential Worker

LOCATION: Stoke-on-Trent

RATE: £20.77 ph (umbrella)

TEAM: Childrens Residential Worker

HOURS: Average 37 or 18.5 hours per week, which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. (Mixture of shifts Early , lates, long day, sleep in)

We are looking for skilled, experienced Childrens Residential Workers to work with children and young people across Stoke on Trent to deliver the best outcomes and to keep them safe. Our small group homes are of excellent quality, and we have grand expectations on how we deliver the best care to our children and young people.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will need to be flexible and dedicated, ready to adapt to the needs of our service with a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Your commitment is key, including being available for sleep-ins as required.

We can help the hardest-to-reach children with the right support and strategies, and we are keen to continue to grow and learn.
