The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying service users needs and vulnerabilities
- Developing routines and life skills essential for independent living
- Providing a trauma informed approach to customers lived experiences.
- Identifying customers for void properties in a swift fashion to reduce void loss.
- Guiding new tenants through onboarding, explaining tenancy agreements, and advising on Housing Benefits and Universal Credit while aligning actions with contract and policy standards.
- Engaging daily with tenants, providing guidance on housing issues, maintenance requests, and handling complaints.
- Working in partnership with other agencies within the homelessness sector to engage with individuals on outreach and on an in reach basis at a variety of locations.
- Supporting customers who are temporarily housed to ensure this accommodation is sustained in preparation for more permanent accommodation
The successful candidate will have:
- Full UK Drivers License
- Enhanced DBS
- Relevant Experience in a Similar Role
