Venn Group are looking for dedicated Housing Sustainment Worker  to join a Housing Association  . If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable people and looking for your next challenge apply now!!

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying service users needs and vulnerabilities  
  • Developing routines and life skills essential for independent living
  • Providing a trauma informed approach to customers lived experiences.
  • Identifying customers for void properties in a swift fashion to reduce void loss. 
  • Guiding new tenants through onboarding, explaining tenancy agreements, and advising on Housing Benefits and Universal Credit while aligning actions with contract and policy standards.
  • Engaging daily with tenants, providing guidance on housing issues, maintenance requests, and handling complaints.
  • Working in partnership with other agencies within the homelessness sector to engage with individuals on outreach and on an in reach basis at a variety of locations.
  • Supporting customers who are temporarily housed to ensure this accommodation is sustained in preparation for more permanent accommodation

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Relevant Experience in a Similar Role
