With over 30 years of delivering high-quality, person-centered care for adults with mental health challenges and learning disabilities, this company continues to grow across the UK. As a result, they're looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Service Manager to lead their Stoke-on-Trent site and drive the future of their service delivery.

In this senior role, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care while mentoring and leading a dedicated team. You will play a pivotal role in managing compliance, safeguarding, recruitment, and staff training, all while maintaining an exceptional standard of service for residents. This position offers autonomy and the chance to shape the future of supported living services within a progressive company.

This critical role would suit a Service Manager or similar from a Supported Living or similar background, looking for a fully autonomous position offering full area responsibility within a well-established company offering further training and clear progression to Area Manager.

The Role:

  • Responsible for day-to-day Operations
  • Supporting Service Managers and the team beneath them.
  • Occasional site visits around Stoke and Stafford.
  • Some admin + preparing documents
  • Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week

The Person:

  • Senior Service Manager / Registered Manager
  • Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification minimum
  • Previous professional experience within Supported Living / Mental Health
  • Commutable to Stoke-on-Trent
  • Full drivers licence
