Are you a Supervisor or Deputy from a Supported Living / Social Care background, looking for a varied role offering plenty of autonomy in well-established and ambitious company where you will be offered training and the opportunity to progress your career?

With over 30 years of experience, this company offer high quality, person-led care and support for adults with mental health and learning disabilities, mainly within the supported care industry. They boast numerous sites across the UK and due to continual growth are looking for someone to join their team and take the role forward.

In this role you will be working from their Stoke-on-Trent site and will be tasked with carrying out a range of responsibilities including proving clear leadership and support to your team, making sure everyone is properly trained and perform risk assessments to ensure all staff and service users. Due to the nature of this work, a minimum of Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required, and the company will provide further training and development to higher levels.

This role would suit a Service Manager or similar, with a background working in Health and Social care, looking for a varied and rewarding role in a steadily expanding organization providing person-centered care to adults who need it most. Additional benefits include Blue Light Discount, training, and clear progression to Registered Manager.

The Role:

  • Stoke-on-Trent based, carrying out all Service Manager duties
  • Report any Safeguarding concerns and protect the companies values
  • Ensure staff receive the correct training and be involved in the recruitment process
  • 5 hours, 5 days a week

The Person:

  • Service Manager or similar
  • Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification
  • Previous professional experience within Supported Living / Mental Health
  • Commutable to Stoke-on-Trent
