You’ll provide a tailored, person-centred support package to help our customers achieve their goals and live a life free from abuse.

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local services available for people with multiple needs, including their access criteria, and assist in the identification of gaps.

  • Support the customer and advocate for them so they can move on from the service into settled accommodation or return home safely and are empowered with the skills, confidence and support required to live independently.
