?? Work with students who have anxiety, depression, trauma, or low self-confidence, helping them to rebuild trust in education.
?? Adapt teaching strategies to incorporate therapeutic principles-for example, using relational-based approaches and regulation strategies.
?? Liaise with therapists, SENCOs, and family support workers to ensure a joined-up approach to learning and mental health.
Ideal Candidate:
?? A qualified teacher, therapist, counsellor, or psychologist with a strong mental health background.
?? Experience working with school refusal cases, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma-related learning difficulties.
?? A compassionate, relationship-focused educator who can create a calm, low-pressure learning environment.
