We are looking for a mid-level software developer who is experienced with Jakarta EE / Java EE or Java to join our client'sFTSE 100 business.
You will bepart of a growing team delivering industry leading web and mobile applications.
This is a full-stack role but we are interested in hearing from people who have strong experience with Java, particularly Jakarta EE or Spring / Spring Boot. The role will be mostly remote but candidates are required onsite twice a month in Birmingham or Warrington.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust applications
- Understand business requirements and translate to technical specifications
- Implement new features and functionality
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Contribute to Agile working
- Ensure future reliability and scalability
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years fullstack experience
- Jakarta EE or strong Java skills
- Spring / Spring Boot
- HTML / CSS
- TypeScript / Angular
- Database development e.g. SQL
