Aspire People are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist Primary School that caters to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and challenging behaviours.
You will work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting pupils in their learning and development. A personalised approach tailored to the unique needs of each child will be essential to creating a nurturing and trusting environment where they can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to individual pupils, ensuring their specific needs are met.
- Assist in the delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate learning activities.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils to build trust and encourage personal growth.
- Employ effective behaviour management techniques to maintain a supportive and productive environment.
- Collaborate with the wider school team to ensure consistent support for pupils.
