Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with class teachers to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of SEN, including ASC, MLD, SLD, ADHD and Challenging Behaviours.
* Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and positive behaviour.
* Provide one-on-one and group support to pupils during lessons and activities, adapting teaching materials and approaches as needed.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, offering emotional and behavioural support.
* Help monitor and record pupils progress, sharing insights with teachers and contributing to personalised learning plans.
* Support pupils with personal care needs where necessary.
