Are you a passionate and compassionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored lessons and interventions to students with SEN/SEMH needs.
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Build meaningful relationships with students to support their emotional and social well-being.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of staff to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil.
- Develop individual education plans (IEPs) and contribute to student assessments.
