Role Overview:
The successful candidate will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to smaller class sizes of pupils with SEMHD and challenging behaviours.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages growth, achievement, and personal development.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, promoting inclusivity and engagement.
- Manage behaviour effectively using de-escalation techniques and promoting positive reinforcement strategies.

Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with SEMHD pupils or a strong desire to do so.
- Resilience, patience, and a calm approach to challenging behaviours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
