This role offers an excellent opportunity to support students with varying needs, including mental health. Attachment disorder, foetal alcohol, speech and language and traits of autism and OCD.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with complex behaviours and SEMH needs.
  • Plan and deliver tailored educational programs and interventions.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to support students in managing their behaviour.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
  • Support students in developing their social skills and emotional regulation.
  • Help with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
