Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that are tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN/SEMH challenges.
- Create a safe, supportive learning environment that supports both emotional well-being and academic achievement.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring that every student receives the targeted support they need.
- Champion inclusive education practices that promote equity and diversity within the classroom.
- Use data-driven approaches to assess and monitor student progress, adapting strategies to ensure positive outcomes.
- Support students in developing self-regulation and social skills through tailored interventions and restorative practices.

Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with a passion for working with students who have complex learning needs and social-emotional challenges.
- Knowledge of differentiated instruction and a commitment to promoting inclusion through tailored approaches.
- Experience or a strong interest in using evidence-based strategies to support students with ADHD, autism, trauma, and SEMH needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- The ability to promote a growth mindset and self-efficacy in all students, empowering them to take ownership of their learning and well-being.
