What Ethero are looking For:
- Manage a busy reception area
- First point of contact for incoming telephone calls
- Pre-Screen & Interviewing
- Making sure that all compliance is adhered in line with GDPR
- Greet and manage all walk in enquiries from the public in a polite and professional manor
- Entering large amount of data into an in-house CRM system
- Weekly Timed - Admin
- Occasional Client Visits

Hours of Work
- Monday 09:00 to 17:00
- Tuesday 09:00 to 13:00
- Wednesday & Thursday 11:00 to 17:00
- Friday 11:00 to 16:00
Flexible cover for Holiday Periods / Peak business
Experience Required:
- Administration experience required
- Clear and Concise Communication Skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- IT literate to include ALL Microsoft office packages
- Ability to remain professional under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Methodical mind-set
- Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required
