Product Knowledge & Support:

  • Utilise in-depth product knowledge to provide technical advice and guidance to customers.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within the territory.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM systems.

Market Awareness & Feedback:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams to support future product development and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in biomedical sciences (microbiology, clinical science, or a related field).
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the life sciences or diagnostics industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong candidates with a solid clinical microbiology background and a desire to transition into sales will also be considered.
