As an HGV Technician with us, you'll be instrumental in keeping vehicles on the road, entrusted with inspections, maintenance and repairs.Key Responsibilities for a HGV Technician:
  • Diagnose and fix electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
  • Utilize advanced machine tools and equipment (if authorized)
  • Maintain precise job records and details
  • Ensure workshop equipment is in top working condition
  • Uphold rigorous health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Skills & Experience for a HGV Technician:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Vehicle maintenance or equivalent
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to excel
  • Proficient in comprehensive repair and servicing techniques
  • Diagnostic skills and qualifications are a plus
