Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive technology, contributing to our commitment to high-quality service.

Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and replacements.
Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Skills

Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to vehicle repair.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear explanations of repairs needed.
