Dovetail and Slate is working with a fantastic college to recruit a Lecturer / Course Manager in Agriculture. While agricultural experience is ideal, the college welcomes applications from those with LGV and HGV maintenance backgrounds who are willing to undergo training in Agriculture.

What You'll Be Doing:

? Deliver engaging and practical lessons in agriculture and machinery maintenance.? Support students in developing skills for careers in farming, agri-engineering, and land-based industries.? Manage and develop course content to meet industry standards.? Train and upskill in agricultural machinery and farm vehicle maintenance (if coming from an automotive/HGV background).? Create an inspiring and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

?? A Level 3 or higher qualification in agriculture, automotive, or HGV maintenance.?? Industry experience in vehicle maintenance, machinery, or engineering.?? A willingness to train in agricultural machinery if from a car/HGV background.?? Passion for education and student development.?? Willingness to pursue a teaching qualification (training and support provided).?? Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
