Maintenance Technician
3 x 12 hour shifts Friday to Sunday (no nights)
Salary £43,700, pension, life assurance, benefits package, 5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays

- Do you have mechanical maintenance experience, with an Apprenticeship, HNC, ONC, BTEC, City & Guilds or equivalent?
- My client is recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their advanced manufacturing facility in Stoke-on-Trent.
The Role
- As Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will undertake reactive and preventive maintenance on a range of automated production equipment in a continuous manufacturing operation.
- Maximise machinery output and product quality, and minimise plant downtime.
- Deliver efficient breakdown response whilst maintaining a safe and healthy environment and promoting good engineering practice.
- Working as part of a skilled, adaptable maintenance team, ensuring the maximum performance of manufacturing machinery and supporting a production shift in a continuous, multi-stage process.
The Candidate
- An experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician.
- Time served apprenticeship, City & Guilds (C&G), ONC, HNC or equivalent.
- Ideally experienced in working in a continuous production environment.
- Team player, problem solver, proactive and adaptable.
