Quest Employment is seeking MIG Welders for a client located in ST10, offering a pay rate of £14.92 per hour with potential bonuses based on attendance and performance.
The position requires a minimum of 6 months of proven MIG welding experience and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Welders will work Monday to Friday with rotating shifts, including morning and afternoon schedules.
Responsibilities include MIG welding light gauge steel and inspecting weld joints to ensure quality standards are met.

Pay rates:

£14.92 per hour + achievable bonuses based on attendance and performance

Shift patterns:

Monday to Friday
Rotating
Week A - Monday - Thursday 6am-2pm, Friday 6am-12.30pm
Week B - Monday - Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 12.30pm-5pm

MIG Welders Responsibilities:

MIG welding light gauge Steele 1.5mm to 2mm thick
MIG welding of exhaust components ensure precise and high quality
Inspect weld joints and finished products to ensure they meet quality standard

MIG WeldersPerson Specification

Proven MIG welder experience (min 6 months)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficient when operating MIG welding equipment and tools
Passing an internal weld test
Own transport due to the location
