We’re looking for OT Cyber Security Specialist to be based at their new Paddington, London Office in 2025, 2 days a week in the office and you’ll be driving the businesses OT Cyber Security capability. They are currently located in Stoke Poges (as stated in the advert location) however they will be moving to Paddington, London.

What you’ll do:
 

  • Reporting to the Head of OT Cyber Security & Cyber Assurance. 
  • Your role will be to support the design, development, integration and delivery of OT security controls across People, Process, Technology and Management to address risks, and secure and resilient digital transformation and maintenance of the OT estate. 
  • Coordinate and facilitation of global OT security governance across all sites to drive the adoption of OT policies and standards and reduce risk.   
  • Lead the review and assurance of existing and new projects' to ensure alignment with established control standards and reference architectures. 

What do you need to thrive in this role?

  • Proven experience in the application of security standards and best practice guidelines (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO27001,  ISA/IEC 62443 series of standards, NIS regulations). 
  • Proficiency in OT systems, networks, protocols, and vulnerabilities. 
  • Developing, maintaining and embedding CSMS’s. 
  • Experience conducting compliance assessments and assurance reviews coupled with the ability to identify and prioritize potential risks and vulnerabilities. 
  • Experience translating business needs into technical OT specifications and solutions. 
  • Ability to communicate and persuade individuals across multiple departments.
