Main Purpose:

To lead project delivery from a site perspective, enabling the company to achieve its objective of being the UK’s leading niche market HVAC provider, while balancing business goals, customer connection, and employee experience.

What You’ll Do

Operational Planning:

  • Review designs for feasibility and ensure correct site solutions.
  • Assist the design and estimation teams in technical planning and cost accuracy.
  • Supervise site-specific documentation and installations.

Client Interaction:

  • Liaise with supervisors, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Deliver training and support to clients/end-users.

Staff Management:

  • Conduct toolbox talks, supervise operatives/subcontractors, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Lead health & safety practices, including risk assessments and RAMS development.

Systems & Compliance:

  • Manage stock, deliveries, and project progress to completion, including snagging.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in project execution.

What You Bring

Essential:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in site/project management within utilities or construction industries (4+ years).
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts, H&S regulations, and HVAC systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, and technical report writing.
  • Clean driving license and relevant qualifications (e.g., CSCS/ECS cards).

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of odour control, fans, and sensors.
  • Experience managing projects up to £500,000.
