A well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer of heat exchangers is seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator to join their busy fabrication unit. Key Responsibilities:
- " Welding and fabricating mild steel pipes (3"-12" O/D, wall thickness 6-10mm).
- " Minimal stainless-steel work, including shells (8"-16" O/D, 10s wall thickness).
- " Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce high-quality work.
- " Ensuring all finished welds are aesthetically pleasing for painting.
- " Adhering to high safety standards while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- " Proven MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience.
- " Pipe welding expertise, with coded welding experience preferred.
- " Strong ability to interpret technical engineering drawings.
- " Commitment to producing high-quality work.
- " Experience with heat exchanger components is an advantage but not required.
What's On Offer:
- " Hourly Rate: 15/hour (dependent on experience).
- " Hours: 39 hours per week.
- o Monday-Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- o Friday: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
- " Breaks: 20-minute paid morning break and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
