Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with a strong housing background in the Tanton area on a long-term freelance basis. This role is due to start immediately with a minimum of an 18-month contract. There is the possibility for the role becoming Temp to Perm for the right person.
Job duties:
- Coordinate the day to-day operations
- Organise and manage subcontractors on site
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress
- Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations
Experience required:
- Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
- Must have a strong housing background with recent experience
- Must have strong organisational and communication skills
