- Training & Development – Full support to help you learn finance and office administration skills

- Varied Workload – No two days will be the same, with a mix of finance and general admin tasks
- Supporting with day-to-day tasks like processing invoices and purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
- Assisting with general office administration tasks such as filing, emails, and answering phones
- Communicating with suppliers and clients to resolve queries
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc admin tasks as needed
- No specific experience is required, but any administration or finance experience would be a bonus
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
- Salary: £25,000 per year
- Office based: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
- Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays
- Christmas Shutdown
