Job Description
As a Marketing Administrator, you will provide crucial support to the marketing department, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and helping to maintain our brand's strong presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage marketing calendars, handle correspondence, and maintain databases for marketing assets and contacts.
  • Content Management: Help with content creation, proofreading, and updating materials for websites, social media, and newsletters.
  • Event Coordination: Support the organization of trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events, including logistics and follow-up.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing insights for future strategy.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers (printers, designers, agencies, etc.).
  • Budget Tracking: Support the marketing budget management, processing invoices, and expense tracking.

Key Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of marketing or administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
