Position Overview:
As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Inspect finished parts for quality assurance, ensuring they meet precise specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
