We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our clients vehicle refurbishment site in Cold Meece. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the refurbishment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the parts inventory to ensure stock levels meet operational requirements.
- Source, order, and supply vehicle parts for ongoing refurbishment projects.
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the refurbishment team to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide parts advice, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist in tracking and resolving any discrepancies or issues with parts and deliveries.
- Support the overall efficiency of the vehicle refurbishment process by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage stock levels and coordinate orders with multiple suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using parts and inventory management software.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
