Working within a busy farm environment, we are looking to recruit Line Operatives and Box Menders for our Onion Grading team.
As a line operative, you will be required to support the running of the production line by ensuring the product is handled according to the customer specifications, minimising wastage and maximising yields. General housekeeping and hygiene should be maintained at a standard that will acceptable to a customer at any time. To ensure the smooth operation of the production process and the maintenance of Food Safety, quality and legality by ensuring the traceability of goods is maintained.
The shifts are usually Monday to Friday with 8-12 hour days.
