ContractManager, Aberdeen + Day shift
An experienced Contracts Manager is required to join a leading FM company, based on a popular site in Aberdeen. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the management of the onsite M&E team and taking control of all in house and outsourced engineering services in relation to the contract. You will also deal with all PPM activities and reactive callouts.
ContractManager daily tasks:
- Arranging all emergency and reactive calls through the diary (CAFM System).
- Handling all pricing and quoting works.
- Schedule the preventative maintenance tasks onsite, Liaising with clients, sub-contractors and engineers.
- Ensuring the online client systems are updated daily (onsite/offsite times and completion reports).
- Take control of all permit requirements (ensuring these are met in a timely manner).
- Recording all compliance documentation and presenting for reviews and audits.
- Managing the onsite team of engineers, ensuring a smooth process to meet client deadlines.
Contractmanager essential skills:
- Industry recognised HVAC or relevant industry experience (At management level with experience in dealing with contracts and managing staff).
- Excellent telephone manner with good communication skills.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
