Job Description:Â We are looking for a friendly and organized Parts Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing parts orders, assisting customers, and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and ordering the right parts for their equipment.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.
- Communicate with suppliers to order and track parts.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
