Job Title: Pipefitter
Reports to: Operations Manager
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Pipefitter: Demonstrated experience and credentials in pipefitting.
- Energy Sector Experience: Essential background in the energy industry.
- Automet Dimensional Control: Preferred experience, though not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Isometric Drawings: Skilfully interpret and work from isometric drawings.
- Tool and Machinery Operation: Efficiently use all required hand tools and machinery.
- Pipework Material Preparation: Prepare pipework materials in both carbon steel and exotic grades.
- Tack Welding: Execute high-standard tack welding of fit-ups.
- Dimensional Inspection: Perform thorough dimensional inspections of completed spools.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the Quality Assurance system by diligently tracking materials.
- Safety Practices: Adhere to safety protocols to protect yourself, others, and the environment.
- Client Satisfaction: Consistently fulfil client requirements.
