Job Title: Pipefitter

Reports to: Operations Manager

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Pipefitter: Demonstrated experience and credentials in pipefitting.
  • Energy Sector Experience: Essential background in the energy industry.
  • Automet Dimensional Control: Preferred experience, though not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Isometric Drawings: Skilfully interpret and work from isometric drawings.
  • Tool and Machinery Operation: Efficiently use all required hand tools and machinery.
  • Pipework Material Preparation: Prepare pipework materials in both carbon steel and exotic grades.
  • Tack Welding: Execute high-standard tack welding of fit-ups.
  • Dimensional Inspection: Perform thorough dimensional inspections of completed spools.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the Quality Assurance system by diligently tracking materials.
  • Safety Practices: Adhere to safety protocols to protect yourself, others, and the environment.
  • Client Satisfaction: Consistently fulfil client requirements.
