Join us as a Senior Care Worker and lead a dedicated team in providing top-quality care to our service users. You’ll oversee staff planning, manage medication processes, and ensure a safe, supportive environment. Your role includes key worker responsibilities, supervising and training staff, and contributing to care plan reviews and quality improvements.
We require an SVQ level 3 in a relevant field, basic computer skills, and the ability to complete further professional qualifications. You must share our Christian faith and values, be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme, and be registered with the SSSC.
