Job Title: Interim Financial Controller - 6-Month FTC

Salary: £65,000-£70,000 per annum

Location: Gloucester

What You'll Do:

• Lead financial operations, including management reporting, statutory accounts, and audit preparation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights through accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
• Oversee cash flow management and provide valuable financial guidance.
• Manage and mentor a small finance team to deliver results.

• Proven success in Financial Controller roles, ideally within SMEs.
• Confident in partnering with leadership and driving process improvements.
