Job Title: Interim Financial Controller - 6-Month FTC
Salary: £65,000-£70,000 per annum
Location: Gloucester
What You'll Do:
- Lead financial operations, including management reporting, statutory accounts, and audit preparation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights through accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Oversee cash flow management and provide valuable financial guidance.
- Manage and mentor a small finance team to deliver results.
