We are currently recruiting for a driven accounts professional to join a market-leading FMCG manufacturing company based in Stroud. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Regional Financial Controller (RFC) with budgetary cost control, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Preparation of management accounts and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support weekly and monthly variance analysis to provide insights for business decision-making.
- Foster strong relationships with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Collaborate with site depot managers to identify and address key financial risks and opportunities.
- Assist the RFC in maintaining financial control and managing risks in the logistics sector.
- Implement and monitor appropriate checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Candidate Requirements:
- AAT Level 3 or 4 studier (or equivalent qualification).
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to financial analysis and reporting.
