Our client based in Stonehouse are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their dynamic and growing entrepreneurial company on a permanent, full time basis.
The successful candidate will play an important part to the sales team and will generate new sales, secure renewals and develop growth within the client base.
Responsibilities;
- Research, identify and influence potential prospects, generate new business opportunities
- Online network - build awareness and influence via outbound social media, phone and email
- Contact and qualify inbound prospects
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
- Be creative, develop your skills and share best practice
Key Attributes;
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Own a car with a clean and valid driving licence
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Excellent organisational skills
- Creative with excellent communication skills
- Able to quickly build relationships
- Confident presentational skills
Hours: Full time (Mon - Fri, 8:45am - 5pm) + Hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week required in-office.
Salary: £30,000 - £37,00 basic salary + commission (OTE £45,000 - £52,000) + benefits including:
