CNC Operator - Precision Engineering£12.00 - £15.50 p/h | Temp to Perm | Shift Pattern Work

Are you an experienced CNC Operator ready to bring your skills to an innovative manufacturing leader? This role is perfect for someone with a passion for precision and a background in engineering.

Your responsibilities:

  • Operate multiple CNC machines to meet production deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Perform daily machine health checks and report findings.
  • Manage documentation, including traveler bookings, NCR reports, and stamped work.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to meet production goals.
  • Mentor and support new team members and apprentices.

Skills required:
