Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mazak Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming and operating Mazak Machines, with a preference for those familiar with Mazak machining centers using Nexus 2 controls. Confidence in machining high value exotic materials such as Nickel Alloy 625, 718, Inconel, and Aluminum Bronze is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Program, set up, and operate Mazak Machines, with a focus on machining centers using Nexus 2 controls
  • Expertise in machining high value exotic materials, demonstrating precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure the efficient and timely completion of projects
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in programming and operating Mazak Machines, specifically machining centers with Nexus 2 controls
  • Familiarity with machining high value exotic materials such as Nickel Alloy 625, 718, Inconel, and Aluminum Bronze
