CNC Turner

CNC Turner required to join a leading engineering company specializing in the manufacturing of low-volume, high-value, and complex machined components. With a strong reputation for precision engineering, they work across various industries. They are looking for a highly skilled CNC Turner that has Programming Setting and Operating experience working on Mazak machines.

• Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC turning machines to produce precision-engineered components.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications.
• Use a range of measuring tools to ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, production staff, and quality inspectors to maintain high standards.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures.

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner within a precision engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming using Mazak controls.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts if required.
• Must live within a commutable distance of Stonehouse

• Full time - Permanent position
• Monday to Friday
• 8am - 4pm
• Hourly rate - 16 - 20 (depending on experience)
