Our client is a dynamic and customer-focused engineering firm. They are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join their busy Customer Facing Team.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in SAP and other office software
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
What will your role look like?
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Facing Team
- Handle office duties such as answering phone calls, scanning, photocopying, filing, and reception tasks
- Prepare and distribute incoming enquiry documentation
- Accurately input data into SAP
- Maintain and update First Aid boxes and Defibrillators
- Manage office supplies and other administrative tasks as needed
