Assistant Care Manager
Chippenham
Permanent Position - 40hrs per week, flexibility required
Salary - £27,800 - £30150 Depending on skill set and experience.
Our client are experts in working with people who have learning disabilities and complex needs. They take a holistic approach to the care they provide, considering all of the factors which may affect the health and wellbeing of the young person.

In this rewarding role you will be caring for young people aged between 8 to 18 with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
Job Responsibilities Will Include -
- Overseeing the day to day running of the care service
- Creating and managing the staff rota
- Creating and maintaining care plans
- Conducting quality assurance audits
- Leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability
To Succeed In This Role You Will Have The Following Skills -
- Strong leadership skills, promote a positive culture
- Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role
- Experience of supporting individuals and teams through the effective use of behavioural support
- Strong communication skills
- QCF Level 3 or equivalent achieved
- Strong numeracy, literacy and computer skills
- A broad knowledge of learning disabilities
