We are seeking a proactive, organised and experienced Training Administrator to join our Stonehouse based client. The successful candidate will work closely with the training manager and departmental managers to ensure that all training courses are booked and records are meticulously maintained.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Maintain and update training records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Arrange and organise training at relevant course centres, ensuring certificates of competence are up-to-date.
  • Manage and maintain records of attendance at courses and inform management of any non-attendees.
  • Ensure that training options are cost-effective while maintaining high standards.
  • Carry out computer input of information to maintain accurate records.
  • Compose and send out employee communications regarding training and development.
  • Liaise with employees about their training needs and future courses.
  • Record sensitive data, including medicals and HAVs assessments, with a high level of confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of administration experience.
  • Training administration experience is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
