If you love coordinating, communicating, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, this role is tailor-made for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keep Us Compliant: Maintain and update training records to meet industry standards.
  • Master of Coordination: Arrange and organise training sessions at top-notch centres, ensuring all certificates are current.
  • Attendance Guru: Track who’s in and who’s out, and keep management in the loop about any absences.
  • Cost-Savvy Planner: Find the best training options that are both high-quality and budget-friendly.
  • Data Dynamo: Accurately input information into our systems, keeping everything up-to-date.
  • Communication Champion: Craft and send out engaging communications about training and development.
  • Employee Liaison: Chat with employees about their training needs and future opportunities.
  • Confidentiality Expert: Handle sensitive data, including medicals and HAVs assessments, with the utmost care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least three years of administration experience.
  • Preferably some experience in training administration.
  • Stellar organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and meticulous record-keeping.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
