Role: HR Advisor
Salary:Up to £40k depending on experience.
Hours:Monday Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

What You'll Do as Our HR Advisor:

  • Employee Relations:Manage and resolve cases effectively.
  • Support & Guidance:Be the go-to person for HR-related queries for over 230 employees.
  • HR Administration:Complete tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Policy Compliance:Ensure all actions comply with company policies and procedures.
  • HR System Expertise:Master our new HR system, HiBob, and support the team in maximising its potential.
  • Collaborative Projects:Contribute to initiatives including ED&I, recruitment, learning and development, and other ad hoc projects to help shape and enhance our culture.

What Were Looking For:

  • A genuine love for working with people and a belief that how we treat people matters.
  • Experience in managing multiple employee relation cases.
  • An individual who is well equipped to provide hands on HR support, as well as coaching and mentoring to our teams to ensure best practice.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • CIPD qualifications are valued but practical experience is equally important.
  • Availability for regular office presence, with flexible hybrid working options.
