This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear purpose: to manage and support a team of 9-10 engineers while ensuring seamless scheduling and operational efficiency. You’ll be the key point of contact for the team, overseeing project coordination and making sure jobs run smoothly—both in the UK and occasionally abroad.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a team of 9-10 security engineers, acting as their go-to support for operational needs.
  • Take full ownership of scheduling and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Coordinate UK and international assignments, ensuring engineers are fully prepared for each job.
  • Work closely with other departments to align operational needs with business objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery, problem-solving challenges as they arise.
  • Support the company's ongoing growth and expansion, contributing to future strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the security sector.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an operations or management role within the security sector (ideally electronics).
  • Strong background in scheduling, planning, and team coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support and motivate engineers.
  • Previous background within the military or police would be highly beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and adapt to changing demands.
  • Willingness to occasionally oversee jobs abroad.
