Key Responsibilities:•    Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including hardware and software issues.•    Manage and support Windows 10/11 environments and related software and applications.•    Support and troubleshoot mobile devices, particularly BlackBerry and iPhones.•    Build, configure, replace, and troubleshoot EUC (End User Computing) hardware components.•    Perform data backup and recovery tasks.•    Work within virtual, MDM (Mobile Device Management), and VPN environments.•    Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure clear, effective communication with end users.•    Adhere to ITIL processes and work within an ITIL environment.

Skillset required•    Task support, incident support•    Servicenow updates•    Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains•    Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office and Lotus Notes•    Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related software and applications•    Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting•    Knowledge of mobile devices, in particular Blackberry and iPhones•    Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting EUC hardware components•    Good Experience in Data Backup Techniques•    Familiarity with virtual , MDM and VPN environments•    Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous•    CompTIA A+, MCP/MCSE are desirable certifications•    DELL Certification desirable•    Knowledge of ITIL and experience of working within an ITIL environment would be beneficial•    Exceptional customer facing skills•    Able to communicate clearly and effectively with end users•    Logical and analytical approach to work•    Accurate record keeping•    Able to work unsupervised•    Good timekeeper•    Intense focus on quality work•    Productive and Efficient
