Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong engineering background and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development:Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.?

  • Equipment Management:Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.?

  • Quality Assurance:Collaborate with the quality team to ensure products meet established standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.?

  • Cost Reduction:Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements and waste reduction.?

  • Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment manuals.?

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to support new product introductions and resolve manufacturing issues.?

  • Compliance:Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.?

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.?

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role.?

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.?

  • Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with ERP systems.?

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.?

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.?

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
