We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join our vibrant school community for four days a week. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners, supporting their development and ensuring a positive start to their educational journey.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to meet the needs of early years pupils.
- Support children's academic, social, and emotional development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children's progress and well-being.
- Assess and track pupil progress, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in teaching early years or reception classes is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its application in the classroom.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about inspiring and engaging young learners.
